About the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs
The world's oldest international gastronomic society, dedicated to promoting fine dining and the culinary arts since 1248.
Our Rich History
The Chaîne des Rôtisseurs traces its origins to medieval France, where it began as a guild of roasters. Founded in 1248, it has evolved into the world's most prestigious international gastronomic society.
Today, the Chaîne brings together food and wine enthusiasts, professional chefs, and industry leaders from around the globe, united by their passion for culinary excellence and the preservation of gastronomic traditions.

The Rhode Island Bailliage
Our Rhode Island chapter, known as a Bailliage, was established to bring together local food and wine enthusiasts who share a passion for exceptional cuisine and hospitality.
We organize exclusive dining events at the finest restaurants throughout Rhode Island, featuring carefully crafted menus paired with exceptional wines. Our events celebrate both established and emerging culinary talent in the Ocean State.

The Chaîne des Rôtisseurs spans the globe, bringing together culinary enthusiasts from all walks of life.
